What data is collected
When you visit the website, the server processes technically necessary access data (IP address, time, page requested, browser, referrer). For anonymous visitor statistics, the IP address is processed only as a daily-changing hash and is not combined with other sources. The raw logs are deleted after a short time. No cookies are set, and no tracking services or advertising networks are embedded.
Contact via WhatsApp, phone or email
If you message or call me, I use your details exclusively to answer your enquiry and organise appointments. Clicks on WhatsApp buttons are counted anonymously on the server. For WhatsApp, the privacy policy of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. additionally applies; messages are end-to-end encrypted. Photos you send me for an assessment are deleted after the treatment is completed, or at any time on request.
Treatment records
I keep records of the treatment (initial findings, settings, progress photos). They are treated confidentially, not passed on to third parties and used anonymised for before/after pictures only with your explicit consent.
Emails to info@microblading-entfernung-schweiz.ch are processed on a European mail server and forwarded to the clinic for handling.
External services
Fonts are loaded from this server, not from Google. Links to Google Maps and Google reviews lead to external sites with their own privacy rules; Google's terms apply only once you click on them.
Your rights
You can request information about your stored data at any time and have it corrected or deleted. A short message to the address above is enough.
